Our Story
On Sunday, August 10, 2025, three families gathered in a living room in Cypress, Texas, for the very first worship service of Resurrection Church. What brought them together was more than just a shared location. It was a shared desire to see a church rooted in the basics: making disciples, living on mission, and cultivating authentic Christian community across generations. From the very beginning, Resurrection Church has been about people, not programs. This is only the beginning of the story, and we would love for you to be part of what God is building here in Cypress.
Resurrection Church was born out of a conviction that the local church, at its best, is a family, not an audience. We exist to know Jesus, make disciples, and love our neighbors. I would love for you to be part of what God is doing here.
